Junior (Grades 4,5 & 6)
The Junior program will focus on having fun in sport and teaching proper athletic techniques and mindset. The athletes will learn the basics of volleyball and begin to prepare for success at the rep level.
Youth (Grades 7 & 8):
The Youth program will have an emphasis on developing the core skills of volleyball and introduce athletes to basic systems and team play. At this level of development athletes will continue to develop their skills and learn how to implement them in game.
Senior (Grades 9+):
The Senior program will begin to simulate a rep like practice environment as the athletes begin to refine their skills. The program will focus on drills and progress skill development.
